The absolute best roofers around. My family has used them for years on multiple roofs. I wasn’t in the market for a roof. My “30yr roof” was new when I bought my house. It’s not a 30yr roof when they use air nailers to get done fast. Some shingles had nails sunk in and led to leaks and waves in the shingles. NE Roofing identified the issue in 5minutes. They put in a brand new roof…hand nailed! Pricing was spot on and when I say he takes pride in his work…I mean it. He is not going to try and upsell you on nonsense. Straight shooter. Will never even think of using another company.
We are new to the area and reached out to NE Roofing to ask if they could come out to look at the flashing on our chimney since water was running down it, into the garage during the last rainstorm. Bill arranged to come early the next day on a Saturday morning to look at it and knew we were concerned about the next impending rainstorm. He explained that he had several appointments scheduled for the day and was not able to fix it on the spot but when seeing how worried we were about the forecasted rain, he told us he'd return to fix it at the end of the day. Sure enough, he returned before dark and took care of the situation. He refused to accept payment until we are able to report that he resolved the leak. Additionally, we learned he is the one that put our (main house) roof on 20+ years ago, nail-by-nail! Super nice man and his son Billy. We will make sure Bill is the first one we call for all our roofing needs and will not hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of his service. Very pleased with Bill's integrity and his company in general. Nice to know such an honest contractor.
