Sacco went well above and beyond to help us out when we were selling our house. The buyers inspector opened the cover, looked at it and closed it. We were then told the septic was old, not functioning and needed to be replaced for $20,000. We knew this wasn't correct, so at the advice of a friend we reached out to Sacco. He came and did a proper inspection, showing the system was fine minus a small part. He truly saved our home sale.
