“**Update. *** After dealing with this potentially serious issue, the owner Patrick took care of the situation right away. Mistakes can happen. This could have been pretty bad if my closing team didn’t see it on time. However the owner was very responsive and assured me to fix the problem and he did it. This was an example of an excellent customer service. However, this is also a lesson for me to check every single paperwork when there is a city office involvement. Thanks Patrick!

I am going to post this review before getting in touch with the Small Business Administration and making my lawyer to take the next step.

This company replaced my roof in 2024. I am in the process of selling my house and my lawyer just found out that Liberty Roofing opened a permit to work on the property, never paid for it and completed the job without an inspection. This is breach of contract at their end. The permit is open and this will create a major problem for me to close the sale. I have contacted but no response to this major issue.
I will certainly update this review if they will take care of the issue immediately. I should not have this problem to deal with as a client who paid fully. Permit is a very important part of this job and that’s what is promised in the contract. All I want at this point is for them to close the permit then I will update my review.
