About Blackstone Valley Neighborhood Health Station
Blackstone Valley Neighborhood Health Station is a spacious new building with plenty of free parking and all services under one roof, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women’s care, Behavioral Health, Community Health, and Express Health. The prenatal care is so good that patients transfer their primary care here, feeling like family with the team. Though skeptical of split locations, patients find the staff understanding and very efficient at both Main Street and East Ave locations. One receptionist went above and beyond, out of her way more than any other.
I hate doctors offices in general. Long lines and rude employees. But I've got to give it to Blackstone. I was skeptical of transferring, because of the split up locations of it, but im glad I did. They are understanding and are very efficient. This goes for all parts. Both main street and east Ave locations.
Seem to be just a number to this office. Will be put on hold for hours before you get to speak to someone and not just a recording. If you got test results they won’t call when they come in; instead you have to call to get the information. Overall, could care less if your a patient or not.
I had a very pleasent experience getting my COVID vaccine at this location. From scheduling to departure from my second appointment everyone was courteous, informative, and helpful whilst providing a safe and well metered experience.
