I was in yesterday for a tattoo by Luis, I got a memorial tattoo of my dog that recently passed, Luis was excellent, extremely professional all the way from booking to cashout. Luis took the time and effort to draw up an amazing piece that had such meaning behind it. I am beyond thrilled with the results! The tattoo looked just like my dog! I highly recommend Cloud 9. Been here a couple times and have always left amazed! Great artwork comes out of this shop! Thank you Luis!
