I was in yesterday for a tattoo by Luis, I got a memorial tattoo of my dog that recently passed, Luis was excellent, extremely professional all the way from booking to cashout. Luis took the time and effort to draw up an amazing piece that had such meaning behind it. I am beyond thrilled with the results! The tattoo looked just like my dog! I highly recommend Cloud 9. The office understood that our tree damage situation was potentially dangerous and sent out a crew the very next day. They were amazing, explaining everything to us and then did the work safely and quickly. They came back a few days later to remove a couple of huge White pines before they could do any damage.
