My wife and I moved into a house in Portsmouth and 10 days later the HVAC went out-both the upstairs and downstairs units needed to be replaced. We got estimates and Superior Comfort was by far the most reasonable. The new Trane units were installed within days and we were upgraded at no cost due to shipping backloads.The systems were installed in the winter so the AC couldn't be checked. In the summer a leak in the old lines was detected and Superior Comfort had new lines installed in a day. It was unexpectedly great the technician was professional friendly knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable ( which is surprisingly strange because I am not comfortable with strangers in my house ) the price was very reasonable and he was here on time. All in all 5 10 100 stars whatever is the most I can give. Highly recommend
I had my annual service check on my mini split system today by Superior Comfort. The technician they sent was Aaron Parsons. Mr Parsons was exceptionally professional and well prepared for the task. He serviced all four of my mini split heads and explained step by step what he was doing and why. Then he did something that no other technician from the other company I previously used had ever done. He actually checked the Freon pressure in the lines!! This made me feel more confident about my system as all levels were within spec. Aaron is an outstanding technician and Superior Comfort is an outstanding company!!!
