I came here to leave a review and I was really surprised to see a lot of the one star reviews. I had Lee as my technician for both services. I had a $25 manicure and a $59 pedicure. It was AMAZING. They put actual timers on so you're getting the full 10 minute massage during the pedicure and I think it's a 5 minute massage during your manicure. I've never had such a detail oriented pedicure before. Overall 5/5 service for me. After looking at a lot of the one star reviews, it's pretty disappointing to see some of the local residents leave such poor reviews over some pretty silly stuff. I always have a good experience at star nails Bristol. Starting with the welcoming and helpful front desk staff. The facility is clean and Services are always great. I can get in whenever I have some extra time.

Nails have come out GREAT. However, I was up charged $10 for a file during a fill which is uncommon. Receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and comes off quite rude. Great nails, bad experience (pick your battles I guess!)
