His knowledge, thoroughness, and genuine human connection are unlike anything I’ve experienced in a healthcare setting.

Dr. Alano is an incredible chiropractor and his technique worked miracles for me. When I first went to Coastal Chiropractic I felt totally broken and was in tears nearly every day due to pain. A lifetime of sports injuries, car accidents, life's stressors and surgeries all caught up with me. After X-rays, testing and discussion we came up with a treatment plan. Over the months I went from being in pain 24/7, hardly sleeping, having difficulties doing ordinary tasks to doing so much better! Dr. Alano's treatments, coupled with deep tissue massage, gave me my life back!
