The only downfall is people coming in need to try to be a little quieter and maybe the front desk can somehow promote soft voices in the area. We also enjoy the spa music that is a plus. I told Laura all about my shoulder pain and she paid extra attention to what we talked about. I knew she really got into the fascia because that evening and the next day I was a bit sore, but that's a great sign it was an effective deep tissue. Today I woke up with NO PAIN in my shoulder.
