“As a last resort, I called It’s My Health and spoke to Marie about my female situation with fibroids and not wanting a hysterectomy(at this point I had been heavily menstruating for 28 days straight!). They use acupressure and intense muscle release but definitely mention your preference for lighter pressure if that’s not your thing.
