Went to the physical address, everyone was nice & helpful, and had our dry cleaning done for the next day for a slight charge- worth it when you need them done in a pinch (everyone else in the area was 3+ days out). “My winter coat was torn in the back where it got snagged on a door. There was also a previous poor repair that a terrible tailor from a different shop had done. Nina repaired the tear and the previous repair so that they are both hardly noticeable without searching for them. Excellent work by Nina, and at a very good price. I will definitely bring future repairs to Nina's.“

“*** Original 2019 Review*** I meant to write this last year- they do a FANTASTIC job and the employees are always pleasant. Front-store parking can get tricky though as someone already mentioned. If there's no spots at the front there is parking to the side of the building (although I don't know if its okay to park there- I'd call ahead and check just to be sure).Last year they hemmed over a dozen items for me ranging from my tops, pants and dresses to my husband’s favorite sweater. Price-wise I find them to be a tad pricey compared to others around... BUT... its fair for the quality of work they provide. Before finding Elite Tailors, I had been to a few other alteration places in RI where they charged less, and the quality reflected the price I paid.I hope businesses get a chance to read these reviews because if they do: Thank you Elite Tailors & Cleaners! I will for sure be seeing you all the next time my clothes need alterations :-)*2023 Update* I still go here for dress/skirt/anything alterations! Just last week, they altered a skirt for me and it fits great!“

“The laundry mat although has a dripping ceiling in one spot with bucket underneath the rest of the place looks organize and clean. The prices and the machines are very reasonable price and very roomy. They have different prices for different prices for sizes of machines ranging from $4.50- 7.50. They also have free drying included with the washing. They also have free Wi-Fi. They also offer drop off and pick up. Or pick up and delivery.“
