Doug at Castle Inspections did an outstanding job on our home inspection. He was incredibly thorough, checking every corner of the property, and clearly knows his stuff. On top of the expertise, he’s just a genuinely personable guy — easy to talk to and made the whole process feel comfortable rather than stressful.

He took the time to explain everything along the way in plain language, so we actually understood what we were looking at and why it mattered. And he turned around a detailed report the same day, which made a huge difference given our timeline.

Highly recommend Doug if you want an inspector who’s sharp, communicative, and easy to work with.

Doug was great to work with. He was on time for the scheduled inspection he took his time explaining everything to me as a first time home buyer. He also gave us all a sample of his home made honey at the end. I would recommend him for your home inspection needs.
