First time there, very impressed. I had two teeth extracted. Painless, well almost. When you have a good business scheduling is a chore. I know.....I just closed my service business. A lot of people are jerks. They want it NOW on their terms. Call backs.........HA HA. People don't answer their phones any more , or call back. These are the same entitled jerks who leave a bad review. These are the same jerks that are NO SHOW / NO CALL, then expect a reschedule next week. Office staff was prompt and courteous. Dr Bouffard listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain. His assistant was very nice. What more can you ask for? Got follow up appt. in a week. Consultation appt with 2nd DR. in 3 weeks.

Unfortunately it's too challenging to schedule an appointment with this dental practice. I called to reschedule a cleaning due to my father dying and was told there is no availability for six months. I have lived other places and been to other dental practices and never had it be so hard to schedule a cleaning. I would not recommend this practice unless you are able to commit to a cleaning six months in advance and there is no chance you'll need to change this date.

I really like the office, it is very clean and sanitary, especially during Covid 19. I feel very comfortable in the office and the staff is excellent. If your looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend this office, they have many great doctors and specialists here.
