I have been coming to this dentist for years and I will never leave. Dr. Kouz is one of my favorite people on this planet. He answers all my questions, his bedside manner is calming, he's honest, and his dental work is virtually painless. Th staff has always been so welcoming and so friendly as well. Thank you for taking away my fear of dentists! :)

It's been awhile since I've visited this location and I never had issues when i would call in..until now! I don't know if Diane is still with Dr Robins but every time I've called I've dealt with rude people. Called to change an appt and was on hold for almost 10 mins just to be told I couldn't schedule a regular check up on Saturday. It's apparently Monday-Friday only. What about those who work and cannot make it m-f? I wasn't told this at the time I made my appt. I was told they were booked out until July, that's why I took a weekday. I've been coming here, my adult children come here but it's time to look for another dental office.

I've been coming here for 25 years, I highly recommend this office, Dr. Kouz is the best, he treats myself and the rest of my family, I don't trust anyone else with my teeth lol, the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
