I attend spin classes every week with Scott and Jacques on Mondays and Wednesdays, and they are really excellent. I never miss these classes because the energy, motivation, and structure are always on point. Today they even hosted a special class together, which was fantastic. I really appreciate both of them and the great experience they consistently provide.
Unfortunately, this has not been a positive experience for children’s soccer. The coaches appeared unprofessional and the sessions were poorly managed. I hope improvements can be made.
I am having a nice experience at the zumba class with Anabel. She is professional and she teaches new moves of new songs at the beginning which is so helpful and makes it easier to learn.
She designs the dance routines based on the students’ level, and the dance musics are mostly trendy, that I really like?
