Reviews about this place are 💯 on target. They're not upfront with you, impunctual, condescending in attitude, and a rip off. They give back clothes with stains and charge you full price. Used them once, but never again.

AVOID! THEY STEAL! Took multiple shirts to be dry cleaned including a Dior and a Prada shirt - they returned the other shirts and claimed the two designer and most expensive shirts were “lost”. They told me I could submit a claim to be reimbursed and after a month, said they could only offer me 300$! Very unhelpful management. Please avoid taking anything valuable to this dry cleaner

Worst possible alteration service. They took two months to change a zipper and when I got my jacket back it was ruined. All along I had to follow up with them. I was the one phoning to see why it was taking so long. Extremely poor customer service.
