Throughout our bathroom project the saleswoman had difficulty returning our calls, we had to go to the store for answers, she never informed the department of the start of the work, I had to myself do it.After paying, no service from the sellers, for an addition in our bathroom. They got their money and all they can say is: yes I think my suppliers have nothing without even calling them or doing research. We were supposed to have a call from them a few weeks ago. Absolutely unrivaled service with smiling advisors. I had broken a part of my air exchanger and I ordered a replacement part from Plomberie Phcb. When we went to get it, the clerk and I realized that it was not the right part. The clerk then spent more than a quarter of an hour on the phone with the manufacturer to ensure that the replacement part was the right one this time, and offered to send it to me by mail so as not to I have to move. All this with a smile, patience and good humor from the employees. Really, truly outstanding service.
