“Really enjoyed all my classes there so far! Instructors are really encouraging and adaptable. I recommend trampoline bounce, circuit training, yoga doux, yoga adaptif and yoga mobilité. For beginners in the fitness classes, it might take a few classes to get used to the pace/intensity.“
