His process is exceptional: he always conducts a thorough consultation by phone to diagnose the issue before visiting. This approach saved me significant time and money on a recent occasion. I described a faulty outlet, and he talked me through the problem and guided me to check the fuses and a reset button on the outlet. Just like that, the problem was solved over the phone!
