The team here is excellent. I broke my ankle a few weeks ago and I had received my prescription for the aircast boot at the very last minute (I didn't know my cast was being removed that day). They were so accommodating for my last minute appointment. The attention to detail was incredible and you are good hands to get what you need during such a vulnerable period as an injury or adjustment to new mobility.
Had a very friendly and well assisted experience here for my grandmother, she needed a special cast for her leg because she doesn’t walk well and Nabila Tazi made her feel good and listened to everything my grandmother had to say to make sure that the fit of the cast was comfortable. Thank you
Christiane has been fantastic from the start! Very honest, she advised us on alternatives while waiting for the prescription to be corrected. She wouldn't let us go until she was sure my spouse had a safe boot!
