My dog’s first time there being washed was amazing. They even gave him a cute bandana. He came out super clean and fresh. Friendly staff and now whenever we pass by the store he wants to go in.

A lovely young woman with brown hair who consistently greets others with a warm smile. Even when she appears tired, her kindness and welcoming presence never fade. It’s truly appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed. Great service and support! Thank you!

Honestly, I wish I found this place sooner — but only because of Trina.
I’ve been to a few groomers around Verdun and most of them felt rushed, inconsistent, or just didn’t really care about the dogs. It’s kind of wild how hit-or-miss grooming spots in Montreal can be.
The only reason I keep coming back is Trina. She’s been taking care of my dog for months now and completely changed the game. You can tell she actually understands dogs, takes her time, and the results speak for themselves every single visit.
