I have been seeing Thomas Runge at the Verdun location for about 3 years now and it’s vastly improved my quality of life. I used to get debilitating migraines regularly, and now I haven’t had one in months. I had seen a few massage therapists before Thomas but the difference is his knowledge and expertise in deep tissue massage and ability to release the muscles of the upper neck, jaw and face. He listens carefully and explains his process so you feel at ease. Highly highly recommend!
First time here but certainly not the last . From stepping into the space, it already felt like I was entering into calm, quiet, and relaxation. Spent an hour forgetting about the world and my reality. My next session is booked and so happy that after a year+, I have found my new massage spot! Merci!
Rodrigo was exceptionally great with his technique. He was attentive and thorough with covering the problem areas as well as relieving other areas of soreness that I wasn’t even aware of. It was very relaxing and de-stressing! Felt like I was on a cloud after!
