Patrice, Patrick, Olivier and Roxy were a great support for our buying experience today! We came in to get our laptop fixed, but then realized there were more issues than we thought, so we decided upon their advice, to invest in a used laptop that would give us a much better performance. Excellent service. I reached out to them because of a laptop issue and they got back to me right away. Everything was fixed within the time line given to me. Very professional, friendly. I would highly recommend these guys.

My laptop screen was coming out of the chassis, and I needed a repair. The people working at PC-Teck were very friendly and professional. They gave me a reasonable quote for the repair (other places wanted to charge me more than x2 the price) and were transparent with me for what repair I needed. PC-Teck actually cares about the customer and doesn't overcharge, which is rare to find these days. I would recommend going to them if you need your computer fixed.
