We visited Tuileries in Vaudreuil recently and were honestly disappointed with the experience. We were in the store for about 25–30 minutes and not a single person came over to greet us or ask if we needed help. We stood there waiting, hoping someone would acknowledge us. We only had one simple question to ask — just a quick question — but no one even looked in our direction.
We understand staff may be busy assisting other clients, but even a brief check-in to see whether we needed a quick answer or full project assistance would have made a big difference. At the very least, it would have allowed us to get our response and leave. Instead, we felt completely overlooked.
Unfortunately, we left with no answers. We just walked out. The lack of basic customer service left a poor impression, and we won’t be returning.

Nice selection, reasonable prices and the best customer service! Special thanks to the amazing Claudia! We had to do a fix in our shower and needed a few additional tiles. We bought these tiles in the beginning of the year, so we knew that we'd be lucky if we can still find this style, and it would be impossible to find tiles from the same batch. When I explained the situation to Claudia - she called all the stores and managed to do the impossible - she found 2 boxes of the same batch we needed and had them delivered here! Highly recommended!

the BEST la tuilerie store! people who work here, form the sales to the backstore, are all so nice and helpful. They give honest opinions, they don't put pressure for sale, and they help you load. I bought wood floor, porcelaine, ceramic backsplash, underlayment for tiles, and grout, they have it all. Ever since they opened here, i never bought any tiles elsewhere.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Every time we visited the store during our bathroom renovation staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Special mention to Annabel who was also able to help us with any design questions we had. Very knowledgable staff! Great selection of products. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom!
