I was a little hesitant about going to the Costco Vision Centre in Vaudreuil because I don't speak French. This was not an issue at all. Emilie, the optician who served me, spoke to me in English and she was courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Vision Centre.

Wow.... asked for contact lenses. Was told to take an appointment so that they can show me how to put them on. Showed up at the appointment and was given 2 closed (not sealed) boxes and was told to go online to watch the videos, try them out and keep a pair for when I come back. The trial box was supposed to have 5 samples. Got home and there were 2 for the left eye and 3 for the right eye in the box. What a joke. Avoid the hassle unless your time is worthless. This place sure thinks you have nothing better to do.

This centre is unable to provide adequate service in English. Given the number of anglophone patients this place oversees, it is shocking that they have refused to hire bilingual staff. I have seen so many employees here struggle with anglophone patients, me included. Then, the patient needs to switch to French to get any value from the discussion. If you speak English, try a more professional optical centre that values service more

Very unprofessional people. Had an appointment at 1 pm. Which I was there on time. When I got there they said they had called me an hour ago as If i’m there waiting for them to answer every spammy call that comes in. Any way the appointment was cancelled cause they overbooked.

I bought a pair of glasses at Costco Vaudreuil over a year ago. I had good service and the prices were really excellent. Since my purchase, I have sat on my glasses twice and the nylon thread that holds the glass has broken. Both times, I had the same optician (Serge) who offered me 5-star service like I have never had anywhere else in over 25 years. He was professional, human, friendly and took care of my glasses as if he were taking care of a precious possession. I have never seen someone so passionate and meticulous in their work. Bravo Mr. Serge for the quality of your services. I will return to Costco 100% guaranteed :-)

Disappointed with the service, my pharmacist sent me there so that my son could be seen urgently the same day by optometrists for an eye and I was told by them that they only take one emergency per day... it doesn't even deserve a star ?

They don't do an in-depth review. If you have a bigger problem than low vision, they won't be able to help you. It’s very popular because it’s cheap, you go by quickly and you barely have time to ask questions…
