Average notary with a lot of work. Once this notary sets up for mortgages and home deeds it goes quickly and seems easy; beware though, that there are notaries out there that will protect your best interest much better and are also local.There were details forgotten in our documents that we paid extra for, and following up when we didn’t see our clauses was almost 2 weeks with no reply and 3 escalation levels. Notary then scheduled as if to be fully in control and just not have inserted the clauses on purpose. In our next meeting that suddenly popped up to deal with the clauses, we were instead presented a full contract that acted against our goals. We had to stop her...read full review

Excellent work and professional staff with reasonable prices. We have used their service for purchasing our first home. Virtual meetings during Covid-19 period but very clear structure and on time. Recommend to deal with them.
