Not the right schedule. Came in today at 4:45 and the doors are closed. Schedule and voicemail indicate closing at 18:00.

Went to visit this store as my daughter saw a woman standing outside the store with a parrot the other day.
Their is a smell upon entering, but that's usually what happens in petshops!
We were pleasantly greeted by puppies! They had escaped their enclosure and came to the door. My children were thrilled! We were able to play with the puppies while walking them back to their enclosure. My daughter came to visit the Parrot, but was super happy to see the puppies, lizards, fish and birds. The employee, Gabrielle, was very kind and patient with all of my young daughters questions.
We met Charlie also, he's the parrot! He was also very polite and friendly. He said hello and bye to us.
Gabrielle was awesome and seems to be a great asset to the shop.

I was very surprised from the smell when I walked in the front door. The air smells unclean. There are two finch looking birds that appear sickly. Their nails are overgrown and curling around the perch and their feathers are ruffled like they are sick. Shame shame on you. You are not taking care of these animals. They sit all day in a cage not doing very well at all. How can you live with yourself?

this place should be avoided at all cost. The owner is a miserable person to deal with and the quality of products is substandard. Dirty and very poor conditions

Des chiots Boston Terrier dans un enclos avec beaucoups d'excréments. Les pipi pads souillés. Très sale. Domage pour les pauvres animaux à cette place.

Ma copine à acheté cette belle cage à oiseaux, ce dimanche 14 janvier 2024. Bon service à la clientèle, bons personnels , professionnels et courtois. Il y a un bonne inventaire, sauf qu'il manquait un peu de choix pour les cages à oiseaux. Sinon le reste est excellent.

Yesterday Friday December 8,2023Just for nails clipping for the first time for my Chihuahua. She is my new baby dog 2 years old.I was anxious and didn’t know how she would react.Everything went very well and I had no problem going back for the nexts nails cutting.Le personnel est très aimable et chaleureux.
