I had the chance to start in the discipline of Crossfit with the introductory classes offered by the two coaches and owners of Repère Audrey-Ann and Michael and coach Arnaud. Right away at the first workout I felt listened to, respected in my pace and above all supported by the coaches who took the time necessary to show us how to practice without getting injured! Since then I have been training regularly and I love going there because the coaches help us to surpass ourselves and we see that they are real enthusiasts of this discipline! It is inevitable that by training at Le Repère crossfit we do not become addicted to this sport ?
