A while ago, I went to the salon because I had received a gift voucher for a gentle facial. Firstly, error in my appointment, which may be understandable but I still came for nothing because of their error. When arriving at the appointment. I inform the lady that my skin is sensitive to perfumes and stronger products during the questionnaire. She did her facial with strong-smelling citrus products, my skin was visibly irritated when I left and I had to wash my face specifically when I got home because my skin was burning and my cheeks were swollen. I didn't dare say anything during the facial because I told him I had very sensitive skin so I let it go, even though I felt a little heat in my face (because it's possible that it was the product that was acting only). Also, the beautician who did my facial had an audible reaction when seeing my face (oh!) even though I don't have any major skin problems or anything (no acne, no dryness, my skin is very normal) although that would not excuse a comment of this kind. In short, a very negative experience for my part, especially since the place had been recommended to me. Great lack of professionalism on the part of the employees, even when they dealt with the wrong appointment (they told me that I had not done the online registration and confirmed later that it was a mistake on their part) as well as before, during and after my facial.
