When I used my first CPAP with another clinic, I was disappointed because my doctor told me that my health, my moods, my vitality would be great. Unfortunately I didn't see any improvement, I was always tired and disappointed.Recently, I had to change clinics because the other had moved. WOW what a boost of vitality!!! I am happy to wake up every morning planning activities and above all to have fun in each daily task. I no longer remembered how motivated and happy I was. Thank you to the team for calibrating my device, cleaning it and finding that my mask did not fit me.

The team's work is impeccable, easy and fast support, almost perfect service...But as soon as there is a recall on a product, especially a CPAP machine that is so expensive, it is no longer the same thing. I feel like I have been completely abandoned by the sleep clinic team, being told quite simply: "It's not our problem, see the company directly."

Excellent clinic. Staff welcoming and attentive to concerns. I had problems the first night of testing and the clinic went out of their way to make sure my test was done correctly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with symptoms of sleep disorders. THANKS.

Quick and efficient cpap adjustment. However, while we are told that the service package is not mandatory, it is only recommended, they insist every 2 minutes trying to force you to take it. Moreover, unless taking the said package, they refuse to offer any form of consulting or after-sales service for their other related products. Even talking to the local supervisor, either you take the package or you can't exchange or get a refund for a product that doesn't fit. So be sure to know exactly the parts you need if you don't want to have to pay for a service package that doesn't suit you, or go your way, there are several other suppliers who will be happy to advise you in your purchases without you having to pay a supplement.
