Une seconde avant ou après la photo il aurait été reconnaissable mais non, ils ont choisi la fraction de seconde où il était à son pire. Je doute même qu’ils l’aient empiré en espérant que l’option retouche soit choisi lors de la commande. Je parle d’une seule photo parce que les deux choix sont la même photo dont une est la version zoomé de l’autre. Ce qui me fâche le plus est de constater que le photographe aurait facilement pu faire mieux. De tout les photos d’écoles de tout nos enfants dans le passé (qui n’ont pas toujours été les meilleures car ce sont des enfants) c’est vraiment la pire. N’importe qui avec un cellulaire peut faire mieux que Benoit. Vraiment à éviter.

After calling several places for a baby passport photo I came across this company. Very professional, they took my baby's photo in 5 minutes. It was quick, efficient and courteous. 10000% recommended.

I expected a professional Photographer with over 10+ yrs of experience to be somewhat more equipped, creative and experienced than staples or post office. The studio doesn’t even have a cushion to sit the baby on an adult bar height stool.
After so many years in business, at the minimum, the owner could’ve invested in a custom soft stool with a seating cushion along with a narrow back/neck support to ensure min safety for the little ones.
The person taking the picture, clearly wasn’t a professional photographer and had zero knowledge and experience with babies.
At least staples and post office have a software that can right away screen the photo for acceptance, this photo studio doesn’t even have that. Therefore, taking baby passport pictures is at your own risk of being refused when you file the application.
Frankly, if the photographer could’ve accommodated the comfort for the baby and acceptance software, i would’ve paid 4 times the regular price.
