Absolutely terrible company. Go with MNP or anyone else. I’m not a smart guy and in less than 48 hours after calling this company my bankruptcy was declared. Through this process i repeatedly told the worker that there is more debt. Told her she need to check transunion as well. She said “no it’s not necessary and don’t worry all your debt will be covered “ pay is currently being garnished. The worker from this company said she’d stop it could stop it. The garnishment is still happening. I also received two letter from lawyer this week that my pay will be further garnished. I have emailed and called multiple times. No response. Very bad experience with them, does not respect their contracts. Does not notify their client when there is an estimated cost overrun and arrives with invoices more than double than expected. Very little cooperation from them. They closed the fiscal year at the last minute when it was more than 6 months since they had all the necessary documents to do so. Sends account statements at 1am within 30 days when payment is clearly indicated net 30 days. I used to trust them but in the end I don't trust them anymore.
