We did business with Julie-Pier for the purchase of our first house. Thanks to his great efficiency and knowledge of the current market, we managed to obtain our house despite a previously accepted purchase offer from another buyer, conditional on the sale of his own house (72 hour clause). Julie-Pier clearly explained to us the issues and the specificities of our situation. While remaining very human, we felt supported and in good hands. A big thank you for everything Julie-Pier!
