I went this week to newlook 4 season carma glasses frame which broke in my hands while cleaning them.. Glasses costing over $1200 that break after a year almost to the day!! I was told with a smile that if I had taken out the warranty it would have been covered!!!! So what to think about it Manufacturing defect? Bad quality??? From frames paid $250!!! Newlook should have taken responsibility and changed these frames for me…
