Awful company. Completely uninterested in doing their job. Your building is rotting and has serious urgent issues? Expect lots of excuses and no solution. They'll find a way to blame you for things that are completely out of your control. My landlord stopped doing business with then after only one year, it's no wonder why.

They also can't seem to track the actual prices of the rents, and might harass you even if you payed the right amount.

Don't believe me? Read the other reviews and gest-immo's risponses to them. No accountability or will to improve, just excuses and blaming others, in the smugiest way possible.

My experience with this company has been great they helped me not only find a affordable apartment,but when they herd i was looking to live closer to a certain neiborhood they took the time during our initial meeting across town to show mw two units closer to were I wanted to live. Afterwards the paper work and getting into my new place were a breeze. I highly recomend them the service I recived was amazing.

frankly less bad than it waswe are far from having everything but the minimum is doneit helps to talk to the right person but it has to be major and importantpersonally I have never had a problem with them and there is not perfect management
