Installers were polite, helpful, conscientious and phoned me when they were running late. They could not be better. Thomas was particularly knowledgeable. Heat pump seems to run fine, too early to give a long term review.
Price was as stated, fitting was as scheduled so no issues there at all. The only issue was that I needed the purchase documents in English as its easier for me to understand. Maybe the new laws were the reason why they could not be provided? 5 star review if it was not Leprohon s fault

Recent heat pump installation by Leprohon in Sherbrooke. The retrofit (replacement) was somewhat challenging (tight quarters, lines in the walls. However, the installers did a great job. Just in time for warm weather. Thanks!

je trouve inconcevable que ça me coûte le prix d'une tête de thermopompe neuve pour effectuer les reparation sous garantie. je comprend les frais de déplacement, mais les chargés 2 fois car il doivent revenir pour changer un pièce sous garantie. j'habite à 30min de là, donc c'est 200$ seulement pour le transport à chaque fois qu'il vienne réparer SOUS GARANTIE.
