Outstanding service. I had never used them before but when our heat pump AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and others proposed technician visits 2-5 weeks away, Roger Demers was on-site the next day. The technician (Dominic) was professional, thorough, patient and explained things clearly. He resolved the problem and tested all components. They will be our go-to for HVAC issues going forward.
