I went in to buy a tripod for my cellphone. I met Alex and he gladly show me where all the different tripods are located. So I bought one and went home. Opened box but disappointed to see that it is shorter than I expected. Went back the next day and look who I met by the door Alex.To make it short I was so happy I was served very well. It even exceeded my expectations. I want to say thank you for helping me out pick the tripod I need.

I was looking for a laptop with Intel i7 processor and was very professionally advised by Michaël who took time to show me all models and prices available at Best Buy ! Sadly the model I needed wasn't currently available but I will be back. :)

I liked the fact that the sellers were not paid on commission! The guy took the time to help me without rushing me to buy something, and even suggested another store more suited to my needs.
