Hacene came on short notice as we had a leaking heat pump and was absolutely wonderful. He definitely knows what service means and fit us in his busy schedule. Hydrokleen has the unique tools and systems to properly and safely clean heat pumps with no mess. He did such a good job I booked him for next year as well!
Eric was thorough when he tested our heat pump, showed us the results before and after the cleaning. He was very professional when he spoke on how to keep the unit working efficiently. Hope to get him again next year. The option for e-transfer is a handy method of paying too.

Un excellent service et de professionnalisme du début à la fin,que ce soit la personne qui a répondu aux téléphone jusqu'au technicien qui a complété les travaux. Réponse rapide et courtois de la personne qui répond au téléphone, date et heure précise et respecter par le technicien.
