On December 30th, the team from Groupe Moïse Climatisation Chauffage installed a Mitsubishi heat pump in our home. They did so in very difficult conditions, but still excelled at their craft. Their technicians show an attention to detail that is rarely seen these days. The resulting installation is impeccable. We also had an in person evaluation of our home prior to installation by the sales manager. There are several climate control businesses in this area, but from what we encountered, we doubt that anyone else can match their integrity, dedication, and professionalism. Bonjour, au 1793 3e rang à Ste-Justine-de-Newton (au nom de Jacques Philibert) le problème s'aggrave avec la thermopompe. Maintenant on a 2 modules qui coulent sur les murs et le plancher (en passant un plancher flottant qui prend l'eau il faudra le changer). Je ne sais pas si vous manquer de personnel mais est-ce normal pour un appareil installé en janvier 2025????? Si on avait à coter votre entreprise aujourd'hui ça serait un gros zéro!!!!! De toute façon je vous appelle demain matin...
