Today we had a medical emergency in the barbers chair, nothing to do with the cut, the barber, the environment, just a case of feeling unwell and things going haywire a bit quickly. The entire Venom team jumped into action, calling an ambulance, getting water, wetting towels, laying the patient comfortably on the floor. Each barber checked in with the patient, quietly calmed everyone down and giving us space. It was scary for us but the team worked so seamlessly together to help (along with other clients).
