1ere expérience pour moi! Très beau salon, personnel accueillant. Plusieurs services offerts, que je vais essayer prochainement. Merci Marie Lou, j’adore mes mèches!

I loved my haircut! I was treated well and the drinks were amazing! This is my go-to salon and I'm not sure what the hate is about since I have been here multiple times and WILL be back

The solutions offered do not match the damage caused.

I am saddened to do this Google review because I imagine how difficult it is to run a business.
Unfortunately, my hair came out a color (several in fact) that was not at all the result I had asked for. Far, far from the requested result. This wasn't my first time at this show and I understand that mistakes happen, so I stayed nice. However, almost nothing was offered to me in the way of apology and comfort. My hair came out black and gray. I asked for simple caramel highlights. So, the super attentive staff gave me a lip gloss to correct everything. It toned down the gray. But it was really after that that I saw that my hair had lost all of its initial health, and I use very good products (Olaplex, Kerastase, Living Proof, Morrocanoil) at home. When I wanted to tell the salon about the damage caused, they insinuated that I didn't know how to do my hair.
I thank the efforts of Sara and Beatrice who listened to me and tried to fix things.

For the rest, I am deeply disappointed with my experience because hair is important to me, and not to have had anything except a $50 credit when I paid almost $300 for a completely failed head and more in health does not satisfy me.

I would just be careful because if everything goes well it’s very beautiful but if it goes badly good luck.

My hairdresser is Alycia. A real pearl. She listens to my needs (the first hairdresser who really listens to me in 3 years).
She is very human, talented and meticulous.
I recommend it 100%.
The appointments at the salon are very pleasant thanks to Alycia and thanks to the reception which is also super friendly.
Making appointments and confirming appointments is very efficient.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO SHERBROOKE > STE-JULIE FOR OVER A YEAR, and this is because I'm so grateful to have discovered Tonïk Bar Beauté. It's not my style to write Google reviews but really, I wanted to take the time to write this since it's a place that I would have liked to know about before because my god it It was difficult for me to find THE ideal place where you not only feel so good but also in the hands of talented artists who are passionate and dedicated to their work. In fact, after searching for a long time for MY trusted place par excellence, I tried several places, including recognized salons….But there was always something that displeased me and meant that I never went back there again. . However, it is the opposite of the Tonïk “family” where the atmosphere, the contagious energy between the employees and the customers, the quality of the service, the welcome, the professionalism of each of them proves distinct and surpasses the many salons I have frequented.
I am not a very demanding customer but Tonïk finds herself surpassing expectations... And I am the type of customer who, once won over, will always remain loyal and grateful to the company and that is why the return trips are not doesn't bother me.

***I have a big crush on Meagan and Tally, whom I particularly like, not only because they always give me perfect nails but also for our lively discussions and their listening skills. I always feel like I'm going to see friends! Also, I would like to thank the perfectionist and adorable magician Claudia whose hair I still haven’t gotten over to this day…

Je recommande vivement le salon Tonïk Bar Beauté ! Mon expérience client est toujours excellent et ce , dès l’arrivé à la réception jusqu’à la fin. L’équipe est composée de véritables talents, toujours prêts à nous offrir de précieux conseils . Chaque visite est un véritable moment pour moi, où je me sens choyé et écouté . Mélanie , la propriétaire que l’on surnomme Mel, incarne l’excellence et l’inspiration. Son parcours professionnel est impressionnant: sa vive intelligence, sa créativité et son leadership remarquable font toute la différence . Un GRAND merci à toute l’équipe pour leur travailexceptionnel !

Je suis allé faire des mèches avec Maude! J’ai adoré son service, le résultat mais également l’ambiance est vraiment top. Je recommande :)

Super salon! Ca fait deux fois que j’y vais avec Maude pour une coupe de cheveux et je lui serai fidèle maintenant c’est sur. Super gentille, de bon conseil pour ma routine à la maison et elle s’est donné à fond pour ma mise en plis. La réceptionniste est aussi toujours super gentille et l’endroit agréable.
