Sainte-Julie Medical Clinic has a long-standing reputation, with patients expressing loyalty since 1981. Many appreciate the doctors, particularly Dr. Michel Barry and Dr. Tremblay, for their reassuring and accessible care. However, patients often experience long wait times and difficulties in securing appointments. Overall, the team, including friendly nurses and medical secretaries, is described as welcoming and efficient, making medical visits more pleasant.
Outstanding service, from the receptionist at reception, to the nurses and Dr. Levesque. They take the time to answer questions, we never feel like we're bothering them. They always advise and respond with a smile. In my case, nurse Tanya Deschamps does regular telephone follow-up, and it's not just a few minutes of follow-up, we're talking here about follow-ups that take between 15 and 30 minutes. She takes the time to explain well and answers questions with pleasure.
And what can we say about Dr. Levesque, a professional through and through. I have nothing but congratulations to give to the entire team.
I wonder if Dr. Levesque is aware that the secretary is impatient with her patients...Not sure she would be happy to learn that. My job is not a medical secretary so when I ask questions, I expect people to answer me kindly and as it has become complicated to get an answer, I consider it normal. to ask questions about how the booking system works. I would tell this person that if you take a call it means you are available to do so. So it would be nice if you seemed to like your job. I think of the elderly people who receive telephone service like this and it makes me angry.
It's not always easy to make an appointment! On the other hand, when you get there, it's a very good service. I saw Dr. M.C. Hebert in an emergency and I would like to thank her for her professionalism and her human side. She took the time to consult a colleague to reduce my pain. And thank you to Dr. Tremblay for taking the time and sharing his knowledge with less experienced doctors. This saved me from having to make another appointment! My apologies to the other patients who followed my appointment, it was because of me that you had to wait!
