After a free trial signed up for Le vestiaire gym.The trainer was there to help me, motivate and encourage me !The trainer made sure I had the right form, to be sure I didn’t hurt myself.I went twice and I have nothing but good things to say about this gym and the members !I really enjoyed my experience!
