Steves quote was both reasonable and accurate, with no unexpected overages throughout the project.
The crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism and work ethic throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and superior craftsmanship was evident in every aspect of the job. What impressed me most was their honesty and willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly – they took genuine pride in their work.
The final result completely surpassed my expectations.

I’ve had an amazing experience with them. I had a crack in my foundation that they had repaired 5 years prior. They respected their warranty. They did everything that they could to make sure my leaking crack was not an issue. They even came twice on a Saturday (once in the morning and evening) to make sure nothing was leaking anymore.

Cynthia was very polite and professional, Barry who carried out the job was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again. Thank you team!

We called to inquire for the services they offer if they could cater our problem on our basement...they just listen to my husband explanations and hang up.They could just say that they can't take it coz they only handle big projects or they dont have time or they dont do that kind of job instead.

We had an excellent experience with LFNG. In May 2025 they replaced our French drain. From the initial estimate to the end of the work, the team were a pleasure to work with. Unlike every other foundation company we spoke to, the guys at LFNG were able to excavate under our balcony, ensuring that we could keep the structure. We have a 60 year-old house, so in the course of the work, the team found several cracks in the foundation, some were quite impressive! The team always informed us when these issues were discovered and explained what they would do to resolve them and why. We found this both reassuring and informative. Martin, Ron, Jason and Tyler were there early every morning, rain or shine. They even built a rock garden for us with all the stones dug up during the excavation! You guys rock and you are the best team! All this turned a stressful experience into a smooth and even pleasant one. We strongly recommend LFNG for foundation work! Josée and Duncan

Be careful people; Very very disappointment doing work with them! Now I’m not able to reach them! Several calls, mails and text messages.

I paid for my work did all my part straight forward , also there was left over work to be completed from their end which they didn’t show up as they couldn’t complete in last year 2024.
Followed several months and nothing was done towards it for this year 2025.

I never received the invoice and bills from them yet, ( for the work completed I paid in full) neither they provided the warranty papers for the work done for exterior French drain.

Now I’m going to rbq complaint and legal steps in order to get hold of the company’s owner Steve.
Never never expected this from his end.

Steve and his crew were fantastic. After a major flood last year and 4 feet of water in the basement we took advantage to close our garage and give ourselves more living space in our house. Steve was great at guiding us with advice and ideas that we would have never thought of to make this project possible. The entire team was punctual and carring during this job, they were all good guys to have around. They worked non stop and quick to make sure that schedule was maintained and answered to any questions or needs we had. To have such a carring and trusting company is hard to come by especially for such a big project. We would love to thank Fondations Nouvelle Generations for all their hard and fantastic work that they do day in and day out!
