Correct but no more. We were the ones who had to call for follow-ups. The day we notarized, we left with our papers in our hands without offering us an envelope or a pocket. Seems to me that's the least of it. Correct service, polite but not friendlier than it should be.

Old-fashioned notary, no projection screen when reading the deed and no copies before registration (you pay $900 and you leave empty-handed...)Errors on easements blamed on his researcher, defensive and haughty attitude, I do not recommend at all.
