Worst medical clinic. We have a family doctor and it is impossible to make an appointment for our young children. Unable to speak to the secretary. We have to pay privately when we need to see a doctor. Discourage

Receptionists are useless and rude, they do not care about the well-being of the patients. I have witnessed patients walk in in pain, asking to see their doctors or at least get in contact with them and receptionists turn them back around, saying appointments need to be booked online (which can take multiple days or even weeks to get) They don’t even book them in person at all anymore. Appointment times are never respected, as it’s the second time in a month that I have had to wait 30 minutes in the waiting room after the time of my scheduled appointment. Horrible service. There is definitely a problem with their phone line. The last time I waited for 1 hour for someone to respond to tell me that I won't be able to show up for my appointment, and the secretary calls me back at the same time on another line to tell me that I'm late. I tried to explain to her that the line isn't working but she didn't want to know.
