Although the technician was prompt and courteous the billing moment became contentious when a supplemental “ displacement fee” was added onto the invoice which I was not advised about. However they promptly apologized and refunded the amount. They reacted professionally. Thank you.

Excellent company. We were heading into the Holidays without any heat at home. We called Service RG and Guillaume showed up at 7am the next morning. The furnace was repaired within an hour! Timely and respectful!

My car was hit from the back by an RG driver on July 3, 2025, on my way to Costco. The driver was very nice and responsible, waiting over 40 minutes in traffic to meet me and exchange info. His company handled everything quickly and professionally — they paid me directly after the repair estimate, and now my car looks brand new! Really appreciate their honesty and efficiency.
