I had a flat and needed (power) tools to get my spare tire on. He tried telling me my tires were bad and proceeded to show other people how this is a public safety hazard.
When I told him it was not his place to start showing my car to other people, he threatened me that he could legally take my keys and stop me from leaving, then rushed to hold my door.
He finally let go after an (almost physical) altercation.
Avoid at all cost !!!

I've been changing my tires and oil here(as well as some other repair work as needed) for the last 5 or 6 years. Jimmy can normally accomodate same day work if you show up early. Very reliable and I'm happy with the work and overall experience.

Incompetent. Can't even repair a tire leak. Went twice for slow leak in one tire and first time they replaced the valve and charged me 45$. Went back couple days late with same problem and could'nt find anything wrong and still charged me another 25$. Went back third time to tell him and he got rude and telling me he has 35yrs experience and its normal to have to refill air in tire every few days due to temperature. What a croc of s--t! Went to another garage (Deguire) to fix and never had a problem again. Needless to say never going back.
